About text chat and video chat (after August 2022)

After August 2022, the video chat function will be removed and only the text chat function will be available.
The video chat function is available in BLINGR Online of the BLINGR App series.
In addition, in account registration, we have eliminated the distinction between instructors and students and eliminated the need for approval procedures, improving usability.


IF YOU CANNOT USE THE CAMERA OR MICROPHONE

Please allow access to the camera and microphone. In this case, first go to "Settings" on your iPhone. Therefore, select Gear Up Tennis from the installed apps and allow the microphone and camera displayed there.


When recording a landscape-oriented video with the smart device in portrait orientation (screen recording)

Screen recording records the state displayed on the screen as it is. If you want to record a video for landscape on the screen, turn your smart device toward landscape and pinch to enlarge it appropriately before starting screen recording.．


WHEN SCREEN RECORDING IS NOT POSSIBLE

Please allow screen recording according to the message.


WHEN THE VIDEO SAVED IN THE APP DISAPPEARS

If you uninstall and reinstall the app, your videos previously saved in the app will be deleted.

WHEN IT IS DIFFICULT TO DRAW hand drawn characters AND LINES WITH YOUR FINGER USING THE DRAWING FUNCTION

Using a touch pen (stylus pen) makes it easy to draw characters and lines as well as tap each button regardless of the screen size.


IF YOU CAN'T IMPORT VIDEOS FROM YOUR CAMERA ROLL

It may not be possible to import a video saved in iCloud. In this case, save the video to the camera roll of your smart device (iPhone, iPad) and try importing again.


IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE SLIDER EASIER TO OPERATE

One method is to use a stylus pen (touch pen).


IF THE CREATE NEW BUTTON OR A FOLDER TAB IS NOT DISPLAYED

On the home screen, the create new button or a folder tab is not displayed. In this case, tap the My Folder or Multi-Video icon displayed at the bottom of the screen.


WHEN ONLY A PART OF THE NAME OF THE FOLDER (TAB) IS DISPLAYED

If you turn your smart device (iPhone, iPad) sideways (Landscape), all the names of the folders (tabs) will be displayed.


If you cannot share video files(Shared function: March 2021 implementation plan)

The sharing function is based on the premise of sharing a video file of about 5 seconds at the longest.
The file itself is enlarged by adding information such as Sync to the video file.
For this reason, for video files recorded for a long time, the processing time may take too long on the sending side, or sharing may not be completed.
The video files to be shared are imported to the original folder (original tab) instead of the import folder (import tab).
When importing a video file to be shared, ignore the password required and proceed (tap the go button).
If you want to use the sharing function, you need to subscribe.
After the subscription procedure, you can use it for free for 2 weeks as a trial period.
